HOW OLD DO I NEED TO BE?
You must be over 18 years old, or have finished year 12.
Can I do Academy alongside uni, work, or other commitments?
The structure and delivery of Academy is relatively fluid, ensuring that your work, study and family lives are supported.
WHAT ARE THE ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS?
You will meet together for approximately two hours per week to go through C3 College content, activities, and discussion questions. You will also have topic sessions and social sessions throughout the year. In addition to weekly sessions, you will also be involved with mentoring and ministry components throughout your year. Across the calendar year, you will be in sessions from approx. Feb-Nov, with a few breaks in between too (breaks often align with uni exams/ holidays). The day and time of sessions are decided at the start of the Academy year to cater to the requirements of the students that year. Typically these sessions are held midweek.
Is it only for those with a call to church ministry?
No! We believe that anyone who wants to pursue God and discover His call on their life can benefit from the Academy experience.
WHAT ARE THE STANDARDS?
Academy students must sign our C3 Church Hobart Leadership Document and abide by the C3 Church Hobart standards of conduct.
What will the Academy program cost me?
Contact us for a current indication of the fee for the year. We want to make this as affordable as possible, so you’ll only be paying for your study with C3 College and the rest of the program is our gift to you!
